Sales Administration Assistant

2WGC and 1st Class Home care & Support Services is the largest family owned home care company. We are in 3 states to date, QLD, NSW and SA with plans to move into VIC and WA late 2022.

About the role

As a result of growth within the company we have identified the need for an Administration Assistant to support the Sales team. This is a varied administration role including handling customer online & phone enquiries and online tasks associated with the company website and social media channels. This position would be perfect for somebody who is seeking a diverse role.


The main duties of this role include:

· Administration & data entry

· Maintaining pricing across websites & product databases

· Assisting with company websites including updating images and

customer registrations

· Administration of company social media channels

· Managing company email accounts & enquiries

· Assisting online customers with general sales enquires

· Assisting in creating and distributing marketing campaigns & social content

· General office duties as required (eg sorting documents,

answering phone calls)

About you

· A commitment to learning and developing new skills and knowledge

· A Positive “Can Do” attitude

· Minimum of 2 years general administration experience

· Skilled in Microsoft Office

· Skilled in using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram

· Professional and confident phone manner

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organisational skills, time management and attention to detail

· Ability to self-manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
