Property Access / Keys
Access to the property will be arranged prior to servicing. If keys to the property are not left per the arrangment, a fee for time lost in transport to and from the property will be charged at the discretion of 2 Wog Girls Cleaning.
A lock box for keys is recommended with the pin provided to 2 Wog Girls Cleaning. This can be arranged for a fee by 2 Wog Girls Cleaning.
Broken Items
Every care is taken with items when cleaning, however in the rare event of an item being broken, our cleaning staff will alert Head Office with photo evidence immediately. The cost of the broken item will be reimburse as per the current value which will be agreed upon between the customer and 2 Wog Girls Cleaning.
