What does your regular clean include?

Do you have a minimum number of hours that you clean?

Yes, we provide a minimum of 2hrs cleaning.

How can I pay for my cleaning services?

We take several payment methods. You can either direct deposit into our account, pay using a Credit Card, which incurs a $2.50 surcharge, or the Wog Girl way… CASH!

What products are used?

We use a mix of eco-friendly products and chemicals, but we are happy to clean using whatever products you are comfortable for us to use in your home. If you have a specific requirement, please let us know when you book.

Which areas do you service?

Brisbane Metro, NSW and SA

What if I need to change my cleaning day?

Just give us 24hrs notice and we will be happy to be flexible for you. However, if our team comes out to your address for a booked clean, and we are unable to conduct the clean, we will charge 100% of the cleaning fee.

Do I need to provide the cleaning products and equipment?

No, we are fully supplied and equipped. However, if you wish us to use something specific, please let us know when you book, and we will make it happen!

Will I get the same cleaner every time?

Yes, with a few exceptions, if your regular cleaner is off sick, or on holiday you will have the next team leader for your area come through, however, you will be informed before your clean if this is the case.

Who can I speak to if I have a problem with my cleaning?

Our highly trained staff are approachable and willing to assist with any areas of concern. If you’re not able to speak to them for any reason, feel free to call or email ‘Nonna’ at HQ anytime on 07 2000 0021.

Can I have a receipt?

You sure can, just let us know you need one and we’ll send it through.

Is there a contract?

Nope. We trust in our excellent service to keep our customers, not contracts.
